1. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled only on the same day of placing the order. To request a cancellation, please email us at cozyretreats.in@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation of the cancellation.
2. Refund Policy
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 6-8 business days from the date of cancellation or return.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
3. Return Policy
- Eligibility: We do not offer returns for products unless the customer has received a damaged product. To be eligible for a return in this case, please contact us at cozyretreats.in@gmail.com with evidence of the damage.
- Self-Inflicted Damage: Products damaged due to customer actions, such as improper handling or misuse, are not eligible for return or refund. We may deny return requests if the damage appears to be caused by the customer.
